Based on the brief, I had to design a recruitment management system for a big company,

tailored specifically for their internal recruiters. The primary objective was to create an intuitive and efficient interface that caters to the unique needs of multiple recruiters,

each responsible for different departments within the company.

The problem

The primary challenge in this project was to design a recruitment management system that effectively supports multiple recruiters within Microsoft, each responsible for different departments. The system needed to ensure that each recruiter could only access and manage their specific candidates and open positions, maintaining confidentiality and preventing information overload. Additionally, the design had to streamline the recruitment process, making it easier for recruiters to navigate, track, and evaluate candidates efficiently, all while providing a user-friendly interface tailored to their unique workflows.

I need to recruit about 20 employees every month for the Product department.

invitations to interviews, stages of progress, etc.
